Judith’s sessions always shake me up and help me see my story with new eyes. Like a “Snow Dome”, my awareness is settled down calmly after her appropriate shaking. Her considerable experiences with international clients also helps me describe my situation powerfully in English. Self expression in this second language objectively increases my self-awareness and gives me a new perspective in dealing with real issues.

When you don’t think about responsibility as a burden but as your ability to respond what’s available now?
It’s easy to suffer the omnipotence of impotence and the impotence of omnipotence.
The opposite of fear is safety.
Notice this moment right now. If it was your last moment to live, what would be attending to instead?
We are not stupid; rather we are often stuporous.
In the event of a “toxic mental spill” get help to clean it up.
If you are going to create a story (and we always do) give it a happy ending!
Do nothing, be everything.
If you forgot your passion it’s not your passion.
