Fulfillment Policy

Session Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients can schedule sessions through my online calendar at: https://coachjudithcohen.com/schedule/
If a client needs to reschedule, the client must provide at least 24-hour notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost unless cancellation is deemed to be an emergency.

Refund policy
All payments for coaching packages are non-refundable. However, if a client is unable to continue due to extenuating circumstances, a credit may be applied toward future services at the discretion of the coach.

Session Expiration
All purchased coaching sessions must be utilized within six months of the purchase date. Unused sessions will expire after this period.

No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit the session and will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Communication Guidelines

Clients may reach out via email or Marco Polo for questions or support between sessions. Response times may vary but will typically be within 48 hours.

Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to arrive on time and engage respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

Emergency Situations
In the event of an emergency that prevents attendance, clients should notify me  as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

Emergencies may be defined as:
Health Issues: Sudden illness or medical emergencies affecting the client.

Personal Emergencies: Family crises, accidents, deaths, or urgent matters requiring immediate attention.

Natural Disasters: Events like floods, earthquakes, or severe weather that disrupt schedules.

Technical Failures: Significant tech issues that prevent the client from conducting a session (if applicable).

Should any of these emergencies happen to me (the coach), I will reach out to you and reschedule as soon as possible.

Feedback and Satisfaction

Clients are encouraged to share feedback during or after sessions to ensure your needs are being met. If a client is not satisfied, you should discuss your concerns directly with me.

Client Commitment
Clients are encouraged to commit to the full coaching process, attending all scheduled sessions to achieve the best outcomes. Successful coaching outcomes are predicated on a 100%/100%. I will give our coaching relationship my all during our work together and I will assume that you will do the same.

  • To communicate with you regarding your coaching sessions.

  • To improve our services and personalize your experience.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

As your coach, I will hold all of your information confidential with three exceptions:
 If you are a danger to yourself, I will share this information with either a significant other, family member or close friend who can help you, or an appropriate mental health practitioner.
If you are a danger to someone else, I will share this information with the person you intend to harm, and the appropriate law enforcement agency.

If you are gravely disabled (i.e. unable to care for yourself and thus in physical danger) I will share this information with a family member and/or an appropriate social services organization.
It is unlikely any of these situations will arise during our work together but in the interest of informed consent, I am sharing what I need to do to comply with California law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following situations:

  • With Your Consent: We will obtain your permission before sharing your information with any third parties.
  • Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our services (e.g., payment processing). These service providers have access to your personal information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
