The Coach’s Coach

Coach Judith, smilingIn order to do our best work as coaches, we must know how to create and maintain productive and meaningful relationships with self, others, and our environment. We also must see that we are the authors of each of our stories. To that end, we must know ourselves, choose our most empowering stories, and know how to best understand others. Finally, we must understand how to optimize our interpersonal and group interactions.

If you are starting out as a coach, Coaching Supervision can help ensure you’re off to a balanced, open and curious start. If you have been coaching for a while, Coaching Supervision can help you refresh your skills and deepen your learning.

For coaches who want to deeply delve in to their own process and that of their clients, Coaching Mastery is for you. I invite you to embark on a longer term, very personalized coaching experience that will not only give you relationship, story, and strategy tools to help your clients enact lasting change at home and at work, but will also allow you to make the changes that you are called to make in your own life.

Life doesn’t always look the way we want it to look. Yet, as coaches we have the tools to work with our current reality and the reality our hopes and dreams desire to create. It is our blessing and our gift to the world. There is no better time to be the most effective coach you can be.

About Me

I am an International Coaching Federation designated Master Coach (MCC) as well as a CTI (Co-Active Training Institute) Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a twenty-five year member of their faculty. Throughout my career as therapist and coach, I have conducted over 1500 supervisions effecting new ways of formulating client issues that get to the heart of what is happening and supporting clients’ desired results. (Read about my story.)

With over 40 years of experience as a psychotherapist, coach and trainer, I am considered an elder in the coaching community. I help coaches learn to deeply listen to what their clients are saying and not saying, to understand and articulate the context of their clients’ way of seeing the world, and to reframe their clients’ circumstances so that they are better equipped to make positive changes in their lives.
